Application Assessment Process
Our process begins with an initial interview of the candidates
that fit the needs of the company and the company culture.
The first interview is conducted by the Human Resources
department and candidate's competencies are evaluated.
Successful candidates are invited for an interview with
department managers.
We keep the information of the candidates that are not
selected for the current open positions in our database for
future vacancies.
